It is located on the bank of the Haihe River near Tianjin Railway Station, which is a major transportation hub in Tianjin and an important window for the city to showcase its image to the outside world. With a unique design that combines classical and modern elements, the bell is adorned with exquisite patterns on its surface, and surrounded by decorations such as gears symbolizing the passage of time. It has become a popular spot for many tourists to take photos.

Especially on the 23rd day of the third lunar month every year, the birthday of Mazu, a grand temple fair is held here, with lively activities such as dragon and lion dances and opera performances, demonstrating Tianjin's profound marine culture and folk traditions.
Ancient Cultural Street radiates out with Tianhou Palace as the center. The entire street has antique buildings, replicating the market style of the Ming and Qing dynasties.
