A century-old workshop adjacent to Hakka ancient circular houses. The workshop owner demonstrates the ancient skin-picking technique on site, and visitors can closely observe the process of soybean milk condensing into soybean skin, feeling the warmth of traditional craftsmanship.

3. Douzhiyuan Research and Study Experience Workshop

A modern experience space. Under the guidance of technicians, personally complete key steps of yuba making such as grinding soybean milk, picking skin, and drying. The finished products can be vacuum-packed for takeaway.

4. Hakka Flavor Tasting Feast
