Xi'an: Private charter tour of Terra Cotta Warriors

We do not offer cheap low-end group tours that waste time. We only provide pure historical and cultural experience. All the tours we provide are immersive experiences of history and culture, with absolutely no factory - shopping stops!

You have the flexibility to choose your tour style from the following options:
A: Meeting the guide at the entrance statue of the Terracotta Army- mini group without hotel pickup.
B: Mini group tour with hotel pickup and drop off
C: Upgrading to have a private guide to follow your pace

If your booking is "Meet Guide at the Terracotta Entrance", you need to go to the Terracotta Army Museum on your own and come back hotel on your own.

Please meet your guide under the statue of Emperor Qinshihuang in the Terracotta Army Parking Lot. (We will send you a picture of the meeting point.)

If your booking is " Group Tour with Hotel Transfer", you will be provided with hotel shuttle service. If the hotel has no parking, pick-up and drop-off will be arranged at a nearby available parking location.

If your booking is a Private Tour with Hotel Pickup and Drop - off, you will have a private guide and a private driver who will completely follow your pace.

How to get to the Terracotta Warriors Museum on your own (when the booking is: meet at the Terracotta entrance without hotel pickup)?

Option 1: Take a Didi taxi. It takes about 1 hour 15 minutes from downtown hotel to the meeting point, costing 80–150 CNY.

Option 2: Take subway + bus takes over 2 hours. Take Xi’an Metro Line 1/6 to Fangzhicheng, transfer to Line 9 and get off at Huaqingchi (Exit C). Take Bus 613 for 1 stop (18 mins) to Terracotta Parking Lot. Walk 4 mins to the statue meeting point. Cost: 13 CNY per person.

NOTES For the 15-person group tour booking:
1) For guests staying between the 2nd and 3rd Ring Roads, taxis will pick you up 7:00-7:10, then transfer to the minibus to meet the guide.
2) Shared Group tour guests are from around the world with varying English proficiency and cultural backgrounds. Guides will maintain an average visiting pace. For personalized requests, please book a private tour.
3) We can not guarantee that everyone will arrive at the same time; some people may be late, which could result in waiting for others. If this is a concern for you, please change your booking to a private tour.
4) If you need to catch an afternoon flight or train, please inform us in advance and bring your luggage in the morning. Free luggage storage is available at the Terracotta Army. After the guided tour, take a direct taxi to Xi’an North Station or the airport (45–50 mins). This lets you visit the Terracotta Army without rushing and avoids traffic jams on the way back to the hotel.
5) The Terracotta Army is subject to extreme overcrowding during China’s major holidays. A visit during these periods is not recommended. If you cannot tolerate large crowds, please cancel your booking. We cannot guarantee a timely return to the hotel after Terracotta visit.
