Decent overview of Shanghai. The itinerary was packed, which was nice, but felt a bit rushed at times with the kids. Hotel pickup was convenient.

The guide was knowledgeable, but the lack of a private vehicle for our group of 5 made the day exhausting. We spent too much time waiting for taxis and navigating public transport between sites like Yu Garden and the Bund. The itinerary itself is good, but the logistics were stressful.
