Fantastic day trip! The bullet train ride was smooth and the Southern Great Wall is a hidden gem. Loved exploring Ziyang Old Street and trying the local snacks. Great way to see history without the Beijing crowds.

The bullet train ride was comfortable, but the day felt very long with 13 hours of travel and touring. Linhai is beautiful, especially Ziyang Old Street. However, for a group of 5, the price was quite steep. It was a decent experience, just a bit exhausting.
