The bullet train ride was comfortable, but the day felt very long with 4 adults and 2 kids. Linhai is nice, just a bit rushed.

Great day trip! The bullet train ride was smooth and the Southern Great Wall is stunning without the Beijing crowds. Ziyang Old Street had amazing food. Logistics were good, though it's a long day.

The bullet train ride was smooth and the scenery in Linhai is beautiful. However, for a solo traveler, the price of $559 feels quite steep. The itinerary was packed, leaving little time to relax at Ziyang Old Street.
