Great alternative to the Beijing crowds. The bullet train ride was smooth and Linhai is charming. Ziyang Old Street had amazing food. A bit long day but worth it.

The bullet train ride was smooth and the scenery in Linhai is beautiful. However, with 3 adults and 2 kids, the 13-hour day felt quite long and tiring. Ziyang Old Street was nice for a stroll.

The bullet train ride was smooth and the scenery in Linhai is beautiful. However, with 4 adults and 2 kids, the 13-hour schedule felt a bit rushed. Ziyang Old Street was nice for snacks, but we needed more free time there.
